Check-in is from 4.30pm, and check out is by 10am.

Please leave promptly at the end of the holiday, as there is a lot to do in the changeover and I find that all of the time is needed to ensure that it is clean and ready for  the next guests by 4.30pm.

From the Tywyn direction  You will come along the coast road, with the sea on your left, the Church will be on the right by the war memorial.  Keep going along this road and you will pass the school on the left.  Just past there is the bridge and Riverside Stores on your right. The pub is ahead of you as you go over the bridge.  Follow the road around to the left, and you will go downhill, and you will see ahead of you a light blue chapel which is right on the road, and an entrance right opposite it to a car park.  Keep going straight on and about 50 yards-ish further on, is a light green coloured property, which looks like a chapel.  just past the building you can turn in on to the parking area.

From Dolgellau you will come along the A493, which is the coast road, you will pass through Penmaenpool, with the George 3rd Pub on the right, and then you will reach Arthog, where there is a quarry on the left.  Keep going and you will reach the signs to Fairbourne and its little railway (brown signs).  Stay on 493, and you will go through Friog.  The road rises as you pass the old Tollhouse, and you will see the sea.  You are not far now from Llwyngwril and you will come into the village soon.  You will see Llwyngwril Gallery ahead of you, which is a green building looking like it was a chapel.

There is an Iceland in Barmouth, which will deliver, should you want that service. We also have a Co-op in Tywyn and a Spa, and a Co-op and a Eurospar store in Dolgellau, which sells locally produced foods, of which there is a wide variety, and of exceedingly high quality.  A Co-op in Barmouth too!

For Myfanwy, park on the left side where indicated.  This is so that guests with mobility problems can get straight onto the path, from their vehicle, and follow the path, through the gate which is to the right of the building, through a courtyard.  The path leads to the entrance to Myfanwy. The key will be under a stone on the slate shelf to the right of the door.  You will go in through this door and then turn right (the door ahead is the boiler room.) The 2nd door opens into the kitchen.
There is also a fire exit door at the side of the building which you will see opposite the staircase in the hallway.  This door can be used to bring bikes in to the hallway to keep them safe.  A separate lockable bike-store is to be provided in the near future. In the short term there is ample room for bikes if you would like to bring them, with care.  Please be mindful of the paintwork in the hallway.

For Mihangel  please park to the right of the parking area, you will access the property through the arched green doors, and the keys will be under a stone on top of the bay tree to the left of the front door. It is wrapped in a black plastic bag.  The bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs and the bike store is the little room off the hall to the right.  There are bike racks so that the bikes can be hung there by the wheel then they will be safe and out of your way when not in use.
When you leave, you can put the keys in the same place.
